Jim was extremely helpful with selling my mom's house. Mom unfortunately needed to move due to her medical condition. And her house had some unique characteristics which made it a little difficult to sell. I was only at mom's house for about 3 weeks then was several states away. Jim helped connect me with Salvation Army and a house cleaner. He met with a neighbor who was selling some items for me. He held several open houses/showings and checked on the house periodically. Had a small issue with the lawn. Jim contacted me right away and gave me resources to fix the issue. He even cleared out the attack space that I had forgotten all about. I would recommend him highly.

Wow.. where do you start! This home purchase was full of so many issues and problems that were the result of an incompetent lender agent that Jim and I had to work with. The lender screwed up the closing date for different times all while Jim was in the middle with me and the sellers. There were so many communication issues that Jim had to field and problems to solve that he deserves a medal just for that alone. I could rant on an on about how many times I would have gone scorched Earth on everyone involved if I was in Jim's shoes, but he got it done. Highly recommend him. Not only based on skill and perseverance to solve problems, but on experience and patience.
