My experience with Jim Mackenzie was outstanding. His knowledge of the market was very impressive. He accurately portrayed the housing market in a way that allowed me to find the perfect home. He answered all my questions and helped to insure my documents needed for my mortgage were taken care of. I have heard of people who buy homes and then have that 'buyers remorse' afterwards. Not with my purchase, and I attribute that to Jim Mackenzie. I knew exactly what was going on with the market and the home I was getting. Talk about setting expectations. Jim does that period. I cant thank Jim enough and I highly recommended you give him a chance to work his knowledge and experience for you.
