Jim is very knowledgeable of the greater Sarasota area and gave us a great overview of the layout and amenities of Sarasota when we were looking for house. Jim is low pressure and will help in any way he can. He even kept an eye on our house and took lots of pictures for us during construction. He is highly recommended especially for out of staters.
