Outstanding! Jim sold my rural home in record time! He knew the challenges, created a unique plan for the property, and executed beautifully. When we had surprises in the inspection reports (items not disclosed when I bought the home), his 20 years experience kept the deal from falling through. Knowing that I was moving out of state, he made accommodations in the agreement to make my move stress free. My only regret is not finding Jim sooner.
