She would offer strategies that would help to encourage a sale. She worked with us thru closing, checking in and making sure all the paperwork was completed properly. Jim was nothing but helpful and always shot it straight. There were no grey areas with him and he was dialed in on helping me find my first home. Being particular on what I wanted he was always sending me houses in my ballpark and was extremely quick to respond with a lot of knowledge on everything about the home buying process, there were no rocks left unturned.
