Jim and AJ were so great to work with. We sold our house as well as bought a house with them. It was nice to have people who were not only really good on the professional side but just kind people. This market is really crazy and we had one realtor try to take advantage of that before we got with Jim and AJ. They were on top of things especially when the house we love went off the market for a day, they were great about seeing why that happened and were able to help us get a showing. They really made the process of a whirlwind sale/ purchase easy and comfortable which is super appreciated since that’s how a lot of sales in Utah are going.
