Jim was amazing from beginning to end. We had a lot of concerns with our townhouse, even his suggestion for his staging crew, but in the end the staging was amazing and Jim accommodated us with many of our concerns in a timely way. He was professional, knowledgeable about the market, and had great negotiating skills. To prove this, the townhouse around the corner from us came on the market the day after ours went up. We ended up getting several offers while the other unit was still on the market for several weeks. In the end, the other unit sold for under price. Jim helped us sell our place for well over 100k more. It was beyond what we had expected. We would definitely do business with him again and recommend him to our social circle of friends. He’s great to work with and you won’t regret it. His team is great too and gave an A+ effort for our own open house weekend before receiving offers. His team even went to a target for me to pick up a rug since we were doing this all virtually and I wasn’t in town during the whole sales process. It was during a heatwave too…so real troopers. Our house went into contract within a week thanks to Jim and his team. They’re fantastic!

Last time I wrote a review for Jim Holt I said he was Jim Hot. Well guess what everyone, he is still on fiiiiiiire! Jim and his team are simply amazing people and damn good at what they do! I promised that he was my agent for life and I meant it. Just used him to purchase a place and it was an excellent experience...AGAIN! Communication, helpful e-mails with reminders and tips, super kind staff and when it was all said and done, one of the coolest thank you gift boxes I have ever received. I truly felt like a VIP during the process. Can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team. Thank you again for finding us our dream home.
