Jim Hodges was very easy to work with and was always available to show me houses in this crazy market. Jim has home inspector and building experience so he has lots of advise to help you pick your home. Jim Is also very handy and able to give improvement ideas and price ranges. Jim has the total package when it comes to home buying. Jim became part of the family during this process and I still keep in touch with him.
