Jim is a patient , kind, and caring professional who spends the time to get to know his client. He also makes the effort to ensure that his clients to understand the process so one does'nt feel pressured or rushed. More importantly, we felt that working with Jim we got a fair deal that met our needs and expectations.

I have never done a review but the extraordinary experience in helping me sell my mothers home with Jim Henkel demands letting others know what a great realtor he is. We were having to sell this home long distance due to covid. Jim truly stepped up to act in so many ways in our behalf from setting up staging and also to helping get and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance arranged for. We received extensive marketing with his company and he was there to do multiple open houses for us to get the maximum exposure. He communicated very well with any concerns or ideas that might help in the sale of our home. Jim I felt treated it as his own home and gave us the personal care and the expertise we needed to sell the home. I believe Jim to be a man of integrity, and I can without question recommend him to you if you want to buy or sell your home. I only wish he had an office in Indiana as I consider selling my home!
