Jim will sit patiently with his clients and explain everything you will need to know. He will answer all questions and doesn't discourage you from calling him at anytime to answer questions. He knows the market and when he priced our home I thought he was asking to much but he does extensive research and knew exactly what the market value would bare. Due to all his hard work, patients with the worry wart me, and his professionalism our home sold for just a very little under asking price.
