I was referred to Jim by a friend of mine who met him when he was the realtor for her neighbor. I called him and explained I was looking to sell my house quickly. He came over and saw the property and explained the process in clear steps and told me what I would want to do to have it show well. We listed the property and 3 days later we were under contract. We had gotten 3 offers all above the asking price. He navigated me through the offers and showed me which one would be the strongest. He walked me through every step of the way: answered all my questions patiently, was here for me when I had concerns and based on his years of experience gave me realistic advice. He even helped get the property ready for the new buyers. He went above and beyond what I thought realtors do. I feel because of his knowledge, and experience I was able to feel comfortable with the entire selling process and sell my home quickly.
