Jim Harlan

I only have great things to say about Jim! He's very knowledgeable of the area, knows the market, and has great advise, but what really makes him stand out is his sincere care for his clients. My wife and I have been looking for a house for awhile (nothing on Jim, we just had very specific requirements), but Jim was very patient and understanding. When we finally find our perfect home, he was very pro-active and ensured everything along the process was done timely and correctly. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!

If it wasn't for Jim's hard work and proactiveness, we would have not been able to get our dream house. Jim never pressured us to buy any of the homes we looked at. Once we finally did find a home we wanted to put in offer in for, it was already in escrow. Jim suggested we'd take a look anyways, in case it fell out of escrow. Surely enough, Jim calls us the day that it fell out of escrow and provided us the opportunity to put in the bid. Jim was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and guided us through every step. Jim went above and beyond for us, going to the city to pull permit records when we were not available to do it ourselves. I would highly recommend Jim if you're in the market.
