We faced several real estate challenges before listing with S&D Realty and Jim Hampton. He was kind and patient enough with us to help us through the previous contract that we had with another realty company that was not in our favor. It was a very sticky situation and we were not happy with the service or representation we received. However, Jim walked us through the steps we should take and not only were we able to get out of the previous contract legally but we were also able to break the listing agreement with a previous realty Company based on Jim’s great advice.
