Jim Godwin

Jim was my agent to list and sell my house as well as buy my new house. He was really great through both processes and a year later, he still continues to be "my agent." I call him often for recommendations to help me find someone to do improvements on my home (it is 116 years old), and he always has a list of people who are reliable and great at their craft. But first, let me tell you, he pulled out ALL the stops on selling my previous home: he hired a professional photographer who took fantastic pictures, he mass marketed on every platform, and hosted an open house for buyer's agents. He has great character, and when I think of someone profiting from what I am buying and selling, I always want it to go to someone who is of stellar character and making a difference in the lives of others. Jim's character meets and exceeds my expectations. He met and continues to meet and exceed my expectations of a real-estate agent.
