It was my first time buying a home and working with Jim made the process fun, educational, and enjoyable. Once I did my homework and knew what I wanted, he was available and happy to help get things done. He checked in throughout the entire process, never forgot to follow up on any questions I had, and always lightened things up with some humor. Without a doubt, you could tell that Jim doesn't just want to sell a house, he wants to help you buy the house you want and he helped me do just that. I'd definitely work with him again and send friends and family his way.
