On top of that he is very down to earth, patient and listens. Jim is very thorough. He catches things you don't notice when you're looking at a property through rose colored glasses. Above all, he's experienced it all, enabling him to be a proactive problem solver. He is a skilled negotiator. He often knows what the other party is going to do ahead of time and plans ahead for it.Jim is very good at staying calm and managing personalities. Jim is a great realtor. He made the process very enjoyable and fun even though it was quite stressful. He's got a great sense of humor. We were very happy we hired Jim and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
