My experience with Jim Garry was great. Jim Garry is a good person with many years of experience in his field of work, I contacted Jim because I was worried I had to sell my home because my high mortgage payments. He contacted my mortgage company and found out that they have made a mistake in my escrow. In the end he fixed my problem and now I get to keep my home. The reason Jim Garry is a good and honest person is because instead of having a listing and making a commission he helped me out free of charge. I’m very great for Jim and Recommend Jim Garry 100%.

My house was on the market with another realtor for months without any progress. Jim came in gave my wife and I some suggestions, lowered the price of the house and the showings started. Our original realtor gave us high expectations and an inflated value. Jim gave us reasonable expectations and valued the house more for the area. A short time later we had our first offer.
