Jim is both low key and high energy at the same time. He moves quickly when needed and has a keen sense of the market, both in terms of pricing and in terms of what needs to be done to make the unit attractive. He has helped me buy and sell two places in SF. This is where the low key comes in -- he keeps in touch and takes the time to really listen to what his client's hopes and needs in terms of buying or selling. He devotes as much time to his high-flying customers looking for a multi-million dollar home as he does to the first time buyer who is looking for a modest condo. I wouldn't think of doing a residential real estate deal in SF without Jim by my side.
