Jim came highly recommended bur exceeded our wildest expectations. I fully expected our house to be a difficult sell as it had significant damage and even though it was repaired, we decided to sell it As Is. It was only on the market for about a month when Jim called and said we had a contract on it. Also, since we live 1500 miles away, Jim did a lot of the leg work and kept an eye on the property. He definitely went over and above for us!!!
Well hard to begin, Jim went so far above and beyond the call of duty. With me living out of state he arrange so much for me to get the punch list did with so many different venders. Never asking for a penny and he made so many trips out to my house to support getting this done. Never with out a smile and happy to assist. I interviewed a few realtors, i am so lucky i picked the right one. A true gentleman and got the job done for me. Amazing and I cannot thank the man enough . I would recommend Jim to anyone . I am still in shock all he did. My Hat off to this man
What an amazing experience!! This was our first time buying and home and Jim made the process absolutely stress-free!! Jim stayed in constant contact with us, gave us great advice, and was just a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending him to any and everyone I know who is in the market for a home.
Jim was just excellent. My siblings and I owned property in Wilkinson County, but all live out of state. Nevertheless, Jim was able to work with us to sell the property quickly. Jim is extremely conscientious and considerate. I highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to buy or sell real estate.
