I recently worked with Jim Evans while buying a condo in East Jordan. Jim was fantastic to work with, his response time to my questions were almost immediate. Actually the day we signed the purchase agreement Jim was moving his two children down to MSU for the upcoming school year, but he was still working with us to finish up the final details. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the Boyne, East Jordan, or Charlevoix area to work with Jim.
