Jim Dunn was great to work with, he sold our house quickly and for a great price. It is admittedly a crazy market, but he also helped us get a new house. Jim worked with us to find a builder owned lot and then negotiated for us every step of the way. His skills have clearly been honed through years of experience and his expertise helped us to get things right with the new house. The best thing is that he is just a genuinely nice guy and so easy to be around. we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
