Jim researched the Delray Beach real estate market before our meeting. Utilizing various methods to market the property, the property was under contract within 16 days of the listing going active. We were able to review the listing in advance - write up, photographs, video presentation, etc. to ensure the accuracy of the property posting. The firm utilized the HOME by ShowingTime online application - which allowed the seller to monitor the showing days/times, review feedback posted by the showing realtor, post the sales contract, and finally - the closing. The entire process from listing posting to closing - less than 60 days! The entire Keller Williams team was responsive and efficient.
