Jim made buying a house in this challenging market very easy. It started with using his collaboration center to review available houses, allowing liking the ones I was interested and discarding the ones I did not like. Within hours of finding a house, Jim had contacted the listing agent and was in showing me the property. Through the escrow process, Jim was there every step of the way providing me documents and explaining the important details, corresponding with my loan department, the sellers escrow company, and house and pest inspections. Any issues, Jim has people available to support with follow on expertise whether it was plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. At closing, Jim kept the process on schedule even over the Labor Day weekend with closing inspection occurring the Tuesday following. To demonstrate Jim's attention to detail, one week prior to closing, Jim provided phone numbers for SDG&E, water, and waste that put me in direct contact with people for opening new accounts.
