Jim Cusato

On our first visit to the Charlotte area, we spent one day each with 2 realtors, and the obvious, hands-down favorite was Jim Cusato. My wife & I travelled from New Jersey to house-hunt several times over the last 8 months, and Jim was always there to help. On one of these visits, he picked me up and dropped me off at the airport so I could squeeze in an efficient, one-day visit to over 10 houses. He spent many full days escorting around the area, showing us potential properties. His knowledge of the local area, and his expertise of the buying process were critical to finding our new home. Once we decided to bid on a house, we were able to have a signed contract within a couple of days, even though we had returned to New Jersey. Jim is a courteous, effective, responsive and patient realtor, without whom, we would not have been able to close on our new home. His attention to detail, and personal drive make him a man that you want on your team.

Jim was available 24/7 to answer questions that were important to me. He always made himself readily available to look at a house on a moments notice. We searched for a house on Lake Norman that would be suitable for me for over 14 months. It was a long process, but Jim was always there for/with me every step of the way. Finally living my dream, life is good! :)
