Jim Connolly

My wife and I selected Jim to sell our house and it was a great decision. We have known Jim for many years and previously solicited his input on real estate transactions. Jim’s explanation of the process was simple and easy to understand, well organized, and executed timely. Everything came together like clock work. Jim has a rosters of experts to prepare the house and get it ready for sale. He ran one open house and had an offer in hand one day later that met our asking price. The back and forth between buyer and seller was minimal and he guided us seamlessly through closing. There was much that happened behind the scenes that we were spared the details. At the end of the day there was absolutely no drama and no ego involved, just roll up your sleeves and get it done. We will be using Jim again and highly recommend him to represent our friends.
