A Great Experience

It came time for me to sell a rental house, and I was dreading the idea of having to do it from a long distance as I don't live near the house. Jim was recommended to me by my niece and he made the whole process seamless. I had visualized having to travel to Hesperia and stay while the house went through all the fixes that it would need. But Jim had the contacts and the expertise to have it all handled. He really went over and above anything that I had expected. The house sold immediately and for more than I expected. I couldn't be any happier! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!
