Jim Comly was great! I was a first time home buyer and he explained everything and was open and honest since the beginning. When we first met he told me that he would never pressure me into even choosing him to be my agent, and he never had to. I went from wanting to own a multifamily to a single family, and he never seemed annoyed by my changing my mind and us looking at numerous homes together. We often drove together to locations which helped a lot for this being all new to me. He would explain the areas while driving and its location to necessities like grocery stores etc. I am really thankful he was referred to me for my first home. Feeling absolutely comfortable in this new process is one of the best qualities in any real estate agent. He was the best !
