Jim was honest with me, when it came to having my place on the market. He worked it out to get a good deal. He knows what he is doing.

Attention to detail is Jim’s strong suit. He could often foresee any issues before they arose and try to address them beforehand. Always one step ahead.

Jim is great to work with. Answered all our question. Gave sound advice when we had several offers on the property and worked with us all the way up to closing. Awesome gentleman.

Jim helped us sale a house that I was afraid wouldn't sale, due to the work we could not afford to put into it. Personally, I would've preferred more communication, because I'm a worrier, but I was also working in a different city while most of the work of selling our house was going on. For me, the bottom line is the results and Jim helped us get our house sold within a couple of months of it being on the market, so that we were in a new house before Christmas. Can't ask for more than that.
