Jim Bullis

Jim helped me purchase a new construction home in a South Forsyth neighborhood. He recommended doing a private inspection before the sheetrock was installed and upon completion of the home. I was happy that I listened to him and had the inspections as they caught a few issues before we closed. He was professional to work with and took care of all issues that I encountered. Being a single professional female, he made me comfortable and took care of every concern with the new home!

Jim is a great realtor and will definitely be using him next time we go looking for a house. He had our best interest in mind at all times and is super patient. Jim had a great understanding of what we were looking for and was able to find us a great house (even at a time when there were not a lot on the market).

Jim was very thorough in his search for our new home. He knew the area we were looking very well and could easily navigate to were the best place for us to live. We had a lot of needs with 3 young boys and Jim searched continuously to find us our perfect home. He was very helpful in the offer and negotiation stages and was always there to help and assist anytime needed. I would have Jim be my realtor again and have already referred him to others that I know were moving.
