Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and reassuring.

Jim has good knowledge of the the real estate process and the area we wanted to live in. He kept tabs on homes we were watching on the website, was patient when we concluded that particular homes we veiwed turned out not ideal, and we had to keep looking, and looking some more. He was fothcoming and thorough with all the documentation requirements, and at every point in our journey confident and re-assuring of finding our new home and selling our old one. Thank you Jim!

Jim and Holly have the experience and knowledge to guide you through what is often a more complicated market than it initially seems.
