A Great Communicator and Helper

We just sold a home in Frederick while moving more than 2000 miles away. Tracy of Jim Bass Group was our realtor. What an outstanding job she did! She was always there when we needed her, handling everything from arranging snow removal after a massive storm to locating a handyman for a few repairs. Most importantly, given our inability to be on the scene at every moment, her communication was exceptional. We would give Tracy 5 stars in all respects. Jane and Rick
