Jim originally sold us our home in 1999 and worked with us and the builder to ensure we got the things right as it was a build to specifications. Over the 20 years we were in our home Jim stayed in touch and helped us with improvements and when it came time to sell he was there for us. He helped arranged for my move, found a contractor to fix our stucco issues, took awesome pictures of our home and marketed it very well. Our home sold fast and we got the price we wanted - all due to Jim's hard work. Jim is now and always was a friend that provided honest input to me and I trust him and all the things he does.
