I think we looked at some pictures of property in the area but only visited one complex. We knew of the complex but Jim did some exploring and we came to look at the area and what they had to offer. Basically, they had what we were looking for. We decided on first visit to purchase. All items seemed to fall into place, location, price, and what we needed. Jim then helped keep track of other things ongoing until we were ready to close. He was very kind in taking us to both of our closings. Added benefit, Jim knew I had two favorite plants at previous house, he help us dig up a sample of them and then he alone planted them at our new location. That is really going the extra mile. :)

I believe Jim understands the housing market. He helps us to find the right mortgage option for us. We needed some motivation to continue with the process of selling. We found him through a trusted friend. Jim was patience with all of our questions. I believe he took many extra steps to keep us informed. He also suggested other ways of selling our house. We were able to choose the path that best filled our needs.

As a new homebuyer, Jim Bardes was great to work with because he was willing to work for us and with us instead of trying to push us into buying a house we were not interested in.
