I have used Jim as my real estate agent on several transactions. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He takes the stress out the transactions no matter if you are on the buy side or sell side. His preparation of the property is comprehensive and thorough. He is extremely responsive. His market knowledge and negotiation skills are comprehensive. I cannot imagine anyone not being happy working with Jim.
Jim was fabulous from beginning to end. We did not have an “easy” sale but Jim kept the problems away from us. The buyers realtor was a HUGE pain but Jim handled him. We had numerous questions and concerns and Jim was always available to talk. Communication was excellent and he was a consummate professional. We were offered a good price and Jim negotiated with our best interest at heart.
Jim made the process of selling my parents' home as smooth as possible. He did an excellent job finding comparable properties to help determine the asking price. Jim went out of his way to personally show the property to each interested party. I felt completely confident in Jim's abilities and he made the process virtually stress free. I could not imagine working with any other agent.
