We weren’t even entertaining the idea of a new build because we thought it was unobtainable for us. Jim mentioned the possibility to us and we thought it couldn’t hurt to inquire. He had us lined up with a great builder and 90 days later we moved into an amazing new home well within our budget. His responses to all our questions were immediate. If he was unsure about something, he dug until he was positive he had the information we were looking for. You can tell he loves his job as he walks you through homes and prompts many questions and possibilities we’d never even thought of. Jim is super easygoing and respectful while at the same time a real powerhouse in the real estate ring!

Jim is a a great realtor. I can’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. He was a fantastic listener and searched diligently for what we wanted, keeping every family member in mind the entire time. Jim helped us through the process of finding, inspecting and negotiating the offer on a home in need of some work. The offer was accepted, but unfortunately the home was taken off of the market shortly before closing. Jim then helped us through that process, making sure we did not loose money.
