Jim was very patient with me also. I’m elderly and he gave me space to make up my mind. I’m very happy with Jim and my house!

Moving from down from Minnesota, Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful! He knew the area I was looking in and found the perfect home. He was with me through the entire process, answering all of my questions along the way. When it came to negotiating the price and repairs, he had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Jim Andacht and Coldwell Banker for all of your Bradenton real estate needs!
