About Jim and Michelle

We are thankful to our clients and friends that have allowed us to have a successful career in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years (each). Former president of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, Michelle is a noted speaker and trainer in negotiation, sales and transaction management. As a senior manager Michelle helped found a highly successful mortgage banking operation growing one from 10 to over 100 employees. Jim negotiated his first real estate contract in 1979, and has since worked in varying capacities both in and out of the real estate industry. After receiving a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance, Jim was CFO of a highly successful mortgage venture, taught negotiation skills to Corporate Executives in the Sacramento area and has used his education, experience and skill set to help many families purchase their next home.
