Jim was recommended to me by the realtor I was using to sell my home. I wanted someone in the area that I was looking to purchase a home. When we first spoke he asked the right question's to get a full understanding of my relocating situation along with what I was looking for in my next home. We found the perfect house in a few days to my surprise. During the entire process he was very organized, responsive, understanding to my needs , most importantly explained everything in detail if I wasn't fully understanding everything. He's was very personable and easy to work with during the entire process. He recommended very experienced & knowledgeable home inspector and banker that made the process even less stressful.
