Jim Abbott always kept my Charlestown, RI beach property fully rented at top dollar every summer as well as during the winter off-season, which is much more difficult. Over the decade I’ve known Jim while I was an out-of-state landlord, he was also a valuable and trusted resource for recommending excellent area contractors for projects around the house. I know dozens of realtors, but when it came time to sell, Jim was my guy. The property sold quickly at the asking price, which was at the top end of anything I dreamed about. And it was so easy as Jim was always responsive, personable and available. C’mon, this full-service guy even watered my lawn and flowers!
