This review, about our fabulous agent Jillian Theriot from Keller Williams Colonial Partners in Plymouth, MA should have been written two weeks ago. Selling and moving from a house that you have been in for 34 years is never an easy task. When we found Jillian back in March and asked her to be our agent during this process I never thought she would have to deal with us and this crazy world pandemic. Not only was she understanding when she did all the necessary work to put our home on the market immediately but then for me to tell her one day later we had to pull it off because of the virus she was compassionate. She stayed in touch with us in the following months making suggestions on how to proceed during these crazy times. Never pushing us to do something we weren't comfortable with but instead being a caring and knowledgeable agent that knew all the right steps to take. When the time came and our home was listed, again her responsiveness was immediate and she sold our home during our first week and first open house at above asking price. Jill is an absolute amazing real estate agent that goes above and beyond . I met with many real estate agents before meeting with Jill but never felt they were looking for me . But with Jill , before I met her , we spoke on the phone , she spent the whole call with me so patiently answering all my questions , and the end of the call I knew she was away on her vacation , I kept apologizing that i wasted her time with her family but She was so welcoming and she still insisted to explain the whole process for me . Then Since we met and during the whole journey to get our dream home ,she was so happy to answer any call or text msg anytime and fast and not only my questions , she was even advising us with more info that we didn't know , without asking ! She always kept saying I am here for you and to get you the best home for you and your family . She helped us as if the house was for herself . After we got our home , I told Jill : you know how much I am happy we got our house but I will miss chatting and meeting together as we used to ?? but I shouldn't have to worry about that because everything turned from working as a buyer and an agent to be a friendship ? . Now we are friends that I am lucky to get to know Jill as a real estate but more even now as a friend ? . We still chat , meet together and will always do , even she still helps me if I need any thing to get familiar with . Forget to say : Can't describe how my kids love Jill . One time , I said to them , you know who we are missing and will see this week ? My middle son answered : I know I know , Jill ?? . My husband and I always say : Is there is anyone better than Jill to help you find your dream home ? No ! ?? SHE IS THE BEST. I love how we are friends now and again I am so lucky to get to know her . Highly recommend Jill if you are looking to have the best house of your dream , definitely she will find it for you .
