I used Jill Smith when looking for property. She showed me several pieces of land in my price range and made sure to go over diligently what I wanted and expected. Finally found something I loved. When snags hit throughout the process she handled each with so much care. I have since told everyone I know to use her when attempting to sell their homes or to purchase a home. She was able to sell my cousins home in a very short amount of time. She doesn’t put pressure on but instead offers support and makes the entire process of buying or selling such an easy experience!

Would like to preface this review by saying that I have never dealt with a realtor before or even thought I would need one. The idea even made me a little uneasy, but luckily for me, a family member suggested Jillian Smith. Before even scheduling an in person meeting, she did her research and made sure she had a solid plan in mind. Therefore, when the 1st time we met in person, she was able to help put my mind at ease and see that I was in great hands. She had given me a binder with the necessary information and a guide of what was needed to help the sale of the house go off without a hitch. She made sure afterwards to always keep me in the loop on showings, offers, and everything in-between! I live in a whole different state as well and she was able to make the signing of documents easy and readily available. Got me a great price and I overall im just really satisfied with her work.
