We worked with Jillian and Kayla to buy a home in February 2022. They were fantastic and work amazingly well together as a team. They were real with us about what it takes to transact in this hot market, and connected us with great lenders, inspectors, etc who could make everything easy and competitive. When we started, we thought we would not be able to buy a "competitive" property -- we thought we'd have to find something that had been on the market a while, a fixer upper, etc. We ended up winning a competitive home that was perfect for us and we couldn't imagine existed before we started the process. We were able to do so because Kayla and Jillian knew the ways to mitigate the risks in the process in advance of putting in an offer, which allowed our offer to be competitive even without significant risk to us. 10/10 work with these two!
