This sale was 6 lots in Arizona, we knew it would take sometime, but not 2 1/2 years !!! Jillian had them all up for sale and contracts signed for all of them within a month. It was a whirlwind of surveys and disclosures. Some backed out but they were back on contract within a day if not within hours !!! Then the real snag...Quiet Title Lawsuit....Thank God...it's done !!! Thank you for sticking it out Jillian...it was real and it was fun, but it wasn't real fun....😂🤣😅😆
