In early 2010 we were referred to Jillayne by a real estate agent in Ontario, Canada. We were looking for a vacation home in Orlando and Jillayne was very quick to respond and research properties for us. She was very mindful of all of our requests in regards to location, amenities and size of condo that we were looking for. It took us a couple of trips to Orlando to view properties before we narrowed our search down to the right area for us and the type of condo complex we required. The unit we actually purchased was unseen by us but Jillayne knew what our expectations were and she gave us detailed information on the unit that was available. We have not regretted our new home choice or our decision to work with Jillayne. Jillayne was exceptional in all areas of assisting us. I'm sure she put in more effort than most dealings since we were working from such a long distance away. Not only did Jillayne help us to find a great vacation home but she has also become a wonderful friend.
