Jill is awesome. After 2 years of looking for a house she finally found my family our forever home. She listened and understood what we were looking for and was incredibly knowledgable about the market and neighborhoods. We weren't in a rush to purchase a house and Jill was so patient with helping us find exactly what we wanted. When we finally fell in love with our house there were 5 bids and she hustled and made sure we could secure our purchasing position. She held our hand through every step of the way and was incredibly resourceful. When our mortgage bank required we get an umbrella policy for our house on a Friday at 6pm with only three days before our closing date, Jill was able to use her relationships to get what we needed to meet our closing deadline. She was a pleasure to work with and I still miss talking to her every day. She has become a closer friend through this experience and highly recommend her.

She helped me find my "dream home". She was equally great during the negotiating and purchasing process. Always explaining the process of purchase. I would rate her service to me higher than "5". My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. Jill was great through the whole process! After hearing our must haves for a home, she found many options in our price range for the different areas we were interested in. After deciding which home was the best fit , Jill walked us through the negotiation process. As first time buyers we needed a bit of hand holding. She was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions form the beginning of our search to closing. Overall an excellent experience!

Jill is an excellent real estate agent! She is very dependable and works hard at finding you exactly what you need. Jill even followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my newly purchased condo. I highly recommend her!
