My wife and I were using other home buying recourses to look at properties in San Diego County and found it very frustrating and was about to give up. Our realtor in Florida gave us Jill's name and once she talked with us to get a grasp of what we were looking for it was like the light was turned on. We found lots of properties we were interested in which made us comfortable in selling our Florida home. My wife and I did not have time to fly to California so we put our trust into Jill. Jill did an outstanding job assisting us in locating and closing on a home while moving from FL to CA. She is familiar with most neighborhoods and was able to guide us to one that we found we loved, Jill steer us away from one’s we didn’t want without having us waste time looking at homes there. She maintained communication between all parties involved in a quick and efficient manner, allowing us to close on time while advocated for us well! She was able to help us find the middle ground between sellers and buyers with all parties involved being satisfied. Jill was able to set up our home inspections, and has a good network of people she recommends for inspections, and termite. We saw many homes in person, but we were not able to be in the area and see the one we actually purchased. She is familiar with showing a home remotely if needed and made sure we saw everything we needed to prior to submitting an offer and helped us get the home we wanted!
