Mine was a complex sale from the beginning, and Jill was amazing to work with thru all of it. She helped me with how to clear the house, prepare it for sale and then close. She dealt with the challenges in a loving professional way as I dealt with letting go of the family home so it could pay for my parents care. We had a fast paced purchase process. It's been 25 years since we last bought a house and we just were out of the loop as far as procedures, new regulations and how the paced market was, Jill guided us through this maze with skill and patience (she needed this as we were viewing 8 houses in a single day) We found our "forever home" and are so happy. Of course we need to do some upgrades and Jill is right there with "I know someone how can do that" Designer, Landscape, Construction, Movers... on and on. I just can't put a price on the value of her service, so above and beyond!!
