Jill coordinated many listings for us on our weekend in town. She got us in to a dozen houses in a day with our limited time. Plans changed after the first day and she adjusted very well. Our move in got delayed ok on our end and she looked after our house for us and sent photos and checked on deliveries. She was remarkably friendly and responsive, was able to connect me with local contractors upon request and had great insight into the local community.

Jill knows how to get the job done!!! She sold our house almost immediately, for more than we were asking!! She negotiated a cash deal and we went to closing with in a couple of weeks. She was professional and did more for us than I would have expected a realtor to do. For example, we needed help cleaning out the house and she found a company for us and had the home cleaned out within a few hours notice!!!
