Buying in a sellers market is stressful but Jill was fast acting and knew exactly what we were looking for. We initially were looking at houses, we gave a list of needs and wants and Jill picked out the perfect houses for us. However, with the market being as competitive as it's is, we decided to search for some land. Jill used her knowledge and expertise and walked us through the entire process, put us in contact with several parties to make the purchase and build possible. She even referred us to the builder we are using. Jill was very responsive, day or night in answering our questions and keeping us informed and up to date.
