Jill helped the reviewer buy this property

Great Referral From A Friend!

I was actually working with another agent of a home of a home I was interested and was getting denied offers no recommendations and just complete frustrations. I talked to a friend and she recommended Jill Smith for a realtor. My fiancé and I was desperate and decided to give Jill a call and blessed that we choice that decision. Not only did she find us our forever home within the first few showings but she helped explain the process thoroughly with not understanding what I should have done or do. Then I trusted her so much buying we chose to ask her to sell for us too. She listed out home and within a day on the market we were fully booked with showings and had several offers even we’ll over asking! It was such a stress free process. Chaotic but a great chaotic with as much publicity we had! If you chose Jill you will not be disappointed! Anddd she is straight forward! The best part of Realstate is having ur agent tell you exactly what’s going to happen, no sugar coat (screwing you over) type! You can trust her completely!
